In January, Outset PR won “Best Marketing Agency of the Year” at the Crypto Impact Awards 2025. Hosted by Coingape, one of the most widely read crypto news outlets, the event spotlights companies shaping the crypto industry across product, infrastructure, and communications.

Moments like this don’t appear out of nowhere. Over the last few months, Outset PR was featured across multiple independent roundups of leading crypto PR and marketing firms – from Coinbound, Lunar Strategy and ICODA to theKOLLAB, Blockchain-Ads, and EAK Digital

These inclusions came from different sources, with different methodologies and evaluation criteria. But the pattern was consistent: we kept standing out for our data-first approach and a proven track record of execution across campaigns and markets.

To us, winning at the Crypto Impact Awards matters even more as Outset PR was openly competing in the same category with Silicon, GrowForce, CLPR Agency, Coinbound, and MarketAcross – brands with strong reputations and long-standing exposure across the agency space.

As more and more industry peers have been referencing our work in their own rankings and listicles, this achievement reinforces that a broader appetite for data-driven crypto PR is already visible in the market.

That accumulation of signals eventually translated into top-tier media coverage. Cointelegraph mentioned Outset PR in one of its recent editorial overviews of global crypto developments, as part of a wider narrative about how the industry’s communication is evolving.

All of this shows us that in Web3, recognition compounds when a PR agency brand builds their operations in accordance with what the market increasingly values – structure over noise, credibility over reach, and long-term media trust over one-off deals.

How Outset PR stood out in 2025

One year can sometimes do more than several growth cycles. For Outset PR, 2025 became a period of structural decisions that reshaped how the agency works – and what ultimately made it stand out in a more demanding market.

Globally, two shifts defined our path forward.

First, analytics became a standalone strategic direction. At the beginning of the year, media analytics moved from a supporting function into a core capability. Data and insights stopped being an add-on to execution and became first-order inputs in how we planned, evaluated, and refined our PR campaigns.

Second, we clarified the agency’s positioning. Rather than describing multiple key features or tactics, Outset PR sharpened how it articulated its distinctive advantage: PR that blends data precision and a personalized approach to support crypto brands in achieving visible growth. That shift brought greater coherence to both external messaging and internal decision-making.

One milestone that stands apart is the launch of Outset Data Pulse (ODP) – the first continuous crypto media intelligence reporting, designed to help founders and PR teams benchmark outlets across regions and understand where market narratives compound. In 2025, we published more than 10 pieces of ODP analytics covering major markets, including LATAM, the US, Europe, and Asia – with findings widely referenced by Cointelegraph, Benzinga, Investing.com, Cointribune, Forklog, Coingape, and more.

Looking ahead to 2026

If 2025 was about building the foundation, 2026 is about making this foundation work toward broader industry success. The focus moving forward is not just on adding more services or running louder campaigns. It’s on building a real product ecosystem around Outset PR’s analytics layer – tools that help the industry perform better, faster, and with fewer blind spots.

One example is our republications parser that automates what used to be slow manual tracking of reprints appearing after a single publication. Technologies like this already shape how we plan campaigns internally – and they’re now evolving into a standalone product direction.

In 2026, we’re expanding this direction even further. A new media intelligence product is already in development, designed to help everyone from media buyers and advertisers to PR teams, agencies, marketers, and publishers make informed decisions and improve their media presence without wasting budget on guesswork.

The momentum we gained in 2025 reflects the trust placed in us by clients, partners, and media – and that trust is something we value deeply. Every project, conversation, and collaboration along the way has led us to where we are now. We’re grateful to the teams who build with us, challenge our thinking, and trust us with their narratives.

Our guiding principle remains simple: progress only works when it’s mutual. And that’s the mindset we’re taking into the next stage – continuing to develop, test, and refine systems that support a more mature, transparent, and human-centered communication for the future of Web3.
