During the Stablecoin Conference 2025, the Outset PR team led by CBDO Ernesto Contreras hosted a side event with a leading digital asset platform BitGo. This initiative served as a proof that strategic partnerships and thoughtful implementation can attract the right people, spark valuable discussions, and position your brand as a trusted partner in the crypto space.
Co-hosting with BitGo proved essential. A recognizable partner brings instant credibility, draws target audience, and creates the kind of FOMO that makes people show up. Just as important were personal invitations: Ernesto reached out to contacts from Pudgy Penguins and Stripe, while BitGo brought in its own network, including representatives from LatamBlocks and Bitso.
These direct confirmations turned a list of names into a room full of engaged participants. Still, one of the biggest lessons from our Mexico City side event is that numbers only tell part of the story.
In total, 215 people signed up. Due to venue limits we confirmed 130 registrations, and finally welcomed around 60 guests in person. But what mattered most wasn’t the headcount – it was the quality of the discussions that followed. The setting also played a role: while the venue managed the logistics, a curated wine tasting and low music created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged attendees to connect and share ideas.
Beyond the atmosphere, our latest LATAM media report turned out to be one of the most effective engagement tools. Before sharing it online, we exclusively printed 53 demo copies and placed them on tables throughout the event. Instead of being just another handout, the report became something guests picked up, leafed through, and immediately wanted to discuss.
Attendees from Bitso, Ripple, Pudgy Penguins, and other major players in the space showed genuine interest not only in the findings but also in the methodology behind them. They appreciated that the report wasn’t just a set of numbers – it offered practical applications and insights into how media narratives take shape and evolve in the Latin American crypto market.
The next day, during the main conference, Ernesto shared the remaining copies directly with participants, extending the reach of those conversations. What started as a printed document quickly turned into proof of our value: data-driven insights that resonate with both industry leaders and potential clients.

The Mexico City side event was a demonstration of how we see PR: not as isolated campaigns, but as growth infrastructure. Every element – from partnering with BitGo, to curating the guest list, to placing our LATAM media report directly into people’s hands – reflected the philosophy that drives our client work.
Events like this show that our approach is about building trusted ecosystems where brands, investors, and innovators can meet on common ground. By creating these touchpoints, we expand our network, foster relationships in key regions, and reinforce the credibility that sets us apart in the global PR landscape.
In other words, it was a live case study of how strategic PR creates lasting value for everyone involved.
Our offline presence in Latin America was just one step, but it captured our vision of PR’s future: verifiable, meaningful, and rooted in real connections. By combining strategic partnerships, tailored experiences, and data-backed insights, we’re showing that PR is measured by impact.
We will continue to create spaces where like-minded people meet, where conversations spark naturally, and where our research bridges ideas and action. Each initiative strengthens the foundation for the next chapter in the Web3 industry: a world where data-driven PR sets the standard.
This is only the beginning – and we’re excited to keep building it.
